Training process
This will be divided into two days from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a quick lunch break. The first will be mainly theoretical and almost common to all.
- What is an LED?
- Description of all the characteristics you need to know to choose them well.
- The different ways to use them to get the most out of them.
- Knowing how to determine which product to recommend to your customers.
- Mastering LED strips.
- Where and how to install spotlights additional.
- What types of products are there with LED sources?
- How to control your lighting, including dimming it and changing color?
- What are the advantages and disadvantages of manufacturers?
- What are the relevant arguments that will tip the balance in your favor when it comes to quoting?
- Presentation of all the physical elements constituting an installation LED strip lighting.
- Inserting a profile into a support (placo/tiles/wood/steel/terrace) composite/polymer cornice) depending on the trades represented.
- Learning how to weld different types of headbands.
- Connection and programming of different elements.
- Sealing of sensitive elements.
- Installation of exterior lighting (if we have time left).

Additional lesson
Please note that in less than 20 hours, we will not be able to cover the entire subject of LED lighting, but you will have an ultra-relevant overall overview to bring a new perspective to your construction sites and sound advice to your customers.
You can then, on request, benefit from additional expert days in a very specific field, for example staircase lighting. With a theoretical morning and the afternoon in practical work only on this aspect of lighting. Each day will be billed 500€ excluding tax per participant.

EM/ Lighting a cultural venue: museum / stage / exhibition / statue / art gallery / bleachers / entrance / backstage / work gallery, etc.
ED/ Lighting event venues: nightclub / bar / dance floor / restaurant / club / reception room, with a quick overview of the control methods which would be the subject of an additional day by software (DMX control, Sunlite, MIDI, ArtNet, Arduino, Matrix, Mad Mapper, etc.).
EP/ Lighting a public space: park, town hall, football field, tennis court, meeting room, offices, reception, waiting room, corridor, road, etc.
EH/ Lighting an individual home: living room, bedroom, master suite, bathroom, hallway, TV area, garage, kitchen, lounge, WC.
